Glazed Onions and Carrots |

From a 1930 hand written cookbook from Neligh Ne. Ingredients:
4 carrots, sliced lenghwise |
3 onions, sliced |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Arrange carrots and onions in a pan. 2. Sprinkle with brown sugar and salt. 3. Dot with butter. 4. Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes. |
