Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts, shelled |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine walnuts, sugar and butter in a heavy skillet. 2. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly until nuts are coated and sugar is golden brown (about 15 minutes). 3. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. 4. Spread on foil and cool. |
