This was my moms recipe. She died in Oct. 2007. So I don't know if it was hers or just one she had at the Resturant. But I do know it's good! She used it on Banana cake. Ingredients:
1 cup sifted confectioners sugar |
1 tablespoon grated orange |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together. 2. Spread glaze over warm cake. 3. It is enough glaze for a 13 x 9 cake. |
