Ingredients:
1 lb green beans, ends trimmed |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, over high heat, cook beans in 1/2 cup water until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. 2. Drain; place in serving bowl. 3. In same skillet over low heat, melt butter. 4. Stir in honey and nutmeg; cook until heated through, about 1 to 2 minutes. 5. Pour sauce over beans. |
