I love the combination of sweet and spicy in this sauce. Ingredients:
2 1/2-3 lbs chicken, cut up |
1 tablespoon orange marmalade |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon chili sauce |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 package dry onion soup mix |
Directions:
1. Arrange chicken in a baking dish skin side up. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken pieces. 3. Bake, uncovered at 350F for 1- 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender. |
