                    From Cuisine at Home. I haven't made this yet. But I love dill! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb carrot, cut into 1-inch pieces  |  
                                                12 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage (1 can)  |  
                                                1 tablespoon butter, unsalted  |  
                                                1 teaspoon dill weed, dried  |  
                                                salt, to taste  |  
                                                pepper, to taste  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine carrots and soda in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. 2. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 10 minutes. 3. Uncover and simmer an additional 10 minutes, or until liquid is almost evaporated and carrots are tender when pierced with a fork. 4. Add butter and seasonings; toss until melted. 5. Transfer to a bowl and coarsely mash with a fork or potato masher. 6. Season with salt & pepper to taste.                              |
