Glazed Carrots in the Microwave |

Fast and easy. Ingredients:
1 lb carrot, cut into 1/4 in thick sticks |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon orange zest |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a microwave resistant container that is large enough to hold all the carrots. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss to combine. 2. Cover and cook 5-8 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Serve, garnishing with more orange zest, if desired. |
