Glazed Carrots And Scallions

This dish is sure to get non veggie eaters eating, I promise:)))
Ingredients:
1 lb baby carrots
1 1/2 tbs butter or margarine
2 tbs honey or maple syrup
2 tbs orange juice(omit if you dont like q sweet and zesty taste
1/2 lb scallions cut diagonally into 1 in pieces.
Directions:
1. Steam carrots for 10 minutes(boil if you dont have a steamer)
2. melt butter with honey and orange juice, stirring constantly until mixture is combined and smooth.
3. Add carrots and scallions to the skillet.
4. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are heated through and glazed. (about 5 minutes)
5. Season with salt and pepper before serving if desired.
