Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon(s) hot sauce
1.5 tablespoon(s) reduced-calorie margarine
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
5 cup(s) thinly sliced carrots
Directions:
1. Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water 5-8 min or til crisp-tender. Drain.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, til margarine melts.
3. Add mixture to carrots and toss gently til carrots are glazed.
