carrots |
broth |
brown sugar 1 tsp., not too much.. |
butter or margarine 1- 2 tbs. |
dill 1/2 tsp. or to taste |
salt-pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice carrots as many as you want 2. put in pan cover with beef or chicken broth 3. bring to boil 4. reduce heat simmer until soft 5. drain liquid if any left 6. add some butter salt and pepper dill and sugar or honey 7. stir well and cook until carrots are coated and glazed |
