This is a good side dish. Ingredients:
1 packages 16 oz.fresh baby carrots or cut regular size carrots into smaller pieces. |
1/4 c. butter or margarine |
1/4 c. packed brown sugar |
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix |
Directions:
1. Place carrots in a saucepan; add 1 inch of water. 2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. 3. Drain and set aside. I 4. n the same pan, combine butter, brown sugar and salad dressing mix until blended. 5. Add carrots. 6. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until glazed. |
