These are very good and different with the tomato soup added in. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 box spice cake mix |
1 can tomato soup |
1/2 cup water |
2 eggs |
1 medium carrot shredded |
1/2 cup raisins |
1 cup confectioners' sugar |
3 tablespoons apple juice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 then place liners in 24 muffin pan cups. 2. Mix cake mix, soup, water and eggs according to package directions. 3. Stir in carrot and raisins then fill each muffin pan cup almost full and bake 20 minutes. 4. Cool completely the mix sugar and juice and drizzle over cupcakes. |
