From Pacific Northwest Salmon Cookbook Big D's awesome sauce 'em. I have made this recipe in large batches, then put in small jars and put in the freezer. Then I can have small amounts in my fridge for whenever I need it. Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped |
1/4 cup butter |
2 cups brown sugar |
1/4 cup molasses |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup honey |
1 tablespoon mustard |
lemon juice |
garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Saute onions in butter. 2. Add rest of items and simmer for 15 minutes. Brush on top of salmon during barbeque or broiling. |
