My husband's cousin gave me this recipe which is so darn easy, it's unbelievable. Everyone who has had it has loved it. You can make the glaze early in the day and microwave it right before serving, after you take the tenderloin off of the grill. We don't even season the tenderloin - just throw it on the grill; slice, and drizzle this glaze over the slices. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar |
1/4 cup pancake syrup |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together and microwave for 1 minute to heat. 2. Drizzle over tenderloin slices. 3. Double if serving more than 4. |
