1 cup dark corn syrup |
2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool slightly, and stir in vanilla. Serve glaze warm with cheesecake. |
