A great crowd pleaser
Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli, separated and cut small
1/2 cup purple onion, cut into small pieces
bacon bits, add amount you would like
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 head cauliflower, one head, separated and cut small
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup red pepper, cut small
1/2 cup green pepper, cut small
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix first eight ingredients and place in a sealed bowl.
2. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over first ingredients just before serving.
3. This salad can be made and set aside for up to 1 day.
