1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup peanuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Soften the cream cheese in a medium bowl at medium speed. 2. Add all the remaining ingredients, but the peanuts. 3. Chill the mix until firm (about 1 hour). 4. Roll into 3/4-inch balls. 5. Roll in chopped peanuts 6. Chill again before serving. |
