Creamy,cheesey mexican dip with refried beans and sour cream added. Ingredients:
1 bag tostitos |
1 jar salsa |
1 jar tostitos creamy salsa |
2 cans fat -free refried beans |
1 8oz. pkg. reduced fat cream cheese |
light sour cream |
1 bag light or low-fat mexican shreaded cheese |
southwest seasoning |
1 garlic clove,pressed |
Directions:
1. Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 12 round oven safe baking dish. In a seperate bowl,mix the sour cream,garlic,southwest seasoning and cream cheese. 2. Top with shreaded cheese and bake in oven until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and top with a jar od salsa and a dollop of Tostitos creamy salsa. Serve with tortilla scoops. 3. The recipe did not say what oven,I used a 350. |
