                    I can't remember where I got this recipe, but it sure is good! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 lbs chicken drumsticks or 2 lbs chicken pieces  |  
                                                1/3 cup flour  |  
                                                1/4 cup oil  |  
                                                1/2 cup maple syrup  |  
                                                2 tablespoons cider vinegar  |  
                                                2 cloves garlic, minced  |  
                                                2 tablespoons soy sauce  |  
                                                2 tablespoons dry sherry  |  
                                                2 teaspoons ginger  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Heat oven to 325*F. 2. Dredge chicken in flour. 3. Brown on all sides in hot oil. 4. Place in a 13X9 inch pan. 5. Whisk together remaining ingredients. 6. Pour over chicken. 7. Bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes, turning every 15 minutes until tender.                              |
