This makes a large 1-1/2 pound loaf. The original recipe said to cook on white setting, but my notes say it needs to cook longer. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water |
2 teaspoons yeast |
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
2 tablespoons cashews |
1 1/4 teaspoons gingerroot, freshly grated |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
1 1/4 cups carrots, grated |
Directions:
1. Place in the bread machine in the order specified by your particular machine. |
