This makes a large 1-1/2 pound loaf. The original recipe said to cook on white setting, but my notes say it needs to cook longer.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water
2 teaspoons yeast
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons cashews
1 1/4 teaspoons gingerroot, freshly grated
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 cups carrots, grated
Directions:
1. Place in the bread machine in the order specified by your particular machine.
