A refreshing was to serve blueberries. At the party i attended, this was served out a large glass bowl and obviously the recipe multiplied. Many recipe requests! Ingredients:
2 cups fresh blueberries |
juice of one fresh orange |
1 tbs. lemon juice |
2 tbs, diced crystalized or candied ginger |
1 tsp sugar |
2 tbs fresh chopped mint |
Directions:
1. Prep time does not include chill time 2. Combine all and chill 30 minutes and serve |
