These are delicious cookies. These cookies have a mild ginger and molasses taste. Simple and tasty - I love to make them. Definitely a comfort food/cookie for my family and I :) I hope you enjoy!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons ginger
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar, for rolling cookies in
Directions:
1. Cream margarine, add sugar. Beat in egg and molasses.
2. Add dry ingredients.
3. Form into balls and roll in sugar. Press with fork.
4. Bake at 350°F for about 8-10 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
