Ingredients:
1/2 cup heavy cream |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 pint vanilla or butter pecan ice cream |
2 bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices |
1/2 cup caramel sauce |
2 gingersnaps, crushed |
Directions:
1. In a chilled bowl, using an electric mixer on medium-high speed with chilled beaters, whip cream and sugar until cream holds stiff peaks. 2. Divide ice cream among 4 bowls. Top each with bananas and caramel. Sprinkle with crushed gingersnaps. Dollop whipped cream on top and serve immediately. |
