Have been baking this dish up all summer for cookouts. Found this recipe in Woman's World years ago. Ingredients:
3/4 cup crushed gingersnaps |
2 tablespoons onions, chopped |
1/4 cup brown sugar or 1/4 cup syrup |
bacon, fried crisp and crumbled |
2 (1 lb) cans pork and beans |
1/4 cup catsup |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Put in 1-1/2 qt. 3. greased casserole. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
