I have a smoothie every morning for breakfast and this is one of my favorites. It is designed to give energy throughout the day Ingredients:
6 ounces orange creme flavored yogurt |
pomegranate seeds |
6 ounces fresh pineapple |
4 ounces fresh blueberries |
3 ounces orange juice |
2 ounces cranberry-grape juice |
5 ounces ice |
2 ounces rice milk |
1 fluid ounce liquid, vitamin b-12 |
Directions:
1. Mix Ingriedients in a blender and combine until smooth. |
