Brighten up a vegetable, other cabbage can be used. Ingredients:
6 cups savoy cabbage, chopped |
1/2 cup scallions, chopped |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced |
1 tablespoon vegetable broth |
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/2 tablespoon vinegar, rice |
1/4 tablespoon salt |
1/4 tablespoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute cabbage, scallion, garlic, and ginger over medium heat for 3-4 minutes stirring frequently. 2. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and season with salt and pepper to taste. |
