2 large (very ripe) peaches, peeled and pitted |
60 g (2 tbsp) almond liqueur (70419) or 1/2 to 1 tablespoon almond extract |
2 tsp grated ginger root |
Directions:
1. Cut the peaches into chunks; place in a blender or food processor. 2. Add the liqueur and ginger; blend or process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Chill. |
