Serve this fruit salad at your next brunch or baby shower. The bite of the ginger brings out the sweet flavor of the melon. Ingredients:
4 cups assorted cubed melon (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew) |
1/4 cup pineapple juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons honey |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Combine 4 cups assorted cubed melon (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew). Combine 1/4 cup pineapple juice, 1 1/2tablespoons honey, and 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger; pour over melon cubes, and toss. |
