Ingredients:
1/4 fresh habanero peppers or 1 whole jalapeno chili
3/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1 cup peeled and diced mango
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh ginger
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl. Salsa texture should be coarse.
