Savoy cabbage acts as the foundation for this Asian inspired slaw featuring Jicama, Arugula and Cream Ginger Dressing. Ingredients:
6 cups cabbage, savoy |
2 cups fresh baby arugula |
2 cups jicama (yambean) raw |
1/4 cup ground almonds |
1 cup parsley, raw fresh |
1/4 cup parmesan reggiano |
2 cups creamy ginger dressing |
Directions:
1. Finely shred the cabbage, arugula and jicama. 2. Mince the fresh parsley. 3. Toast the ground almonds until lightly brown. 4. Combine ground almonds, parsely, Creamy Ginger Dressing and parmesan.
