Gingered Caramel And Yogurt Dip With Fruit |

kids love dipping.pick and slice their favorite fruits to dip into this easy to make snack.I like to use it as a tide them over snack till dinner is ready. Ingredients:
1/2 package of cream cheese softened 1/2 cup vanilla low fat yogurt |
1/4 cup caramel topping plus 1 to 2 teasoopns more for drizzling |
1 tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger,if desired |
1 medium apple sliced |
1 medium pear sliced |
1 medium banana sliced |
Directions:
1. beat cream cheese in medium bowl until creamy 2. beat in yogurt and 1/4 cup caramel until smooth 3. cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes until chilled 4. spoon dip into small bowls 5. drizzle with caramel 6. sprinkle with ginger 7. serve with fruit |
