                    This looks so good for a cold holiday night :-) Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar  |  
                                                3 cups water  |  
                                                3 inches fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced  |  
                                                3 tablespoons lemon juice  |  
                                                3/4 cup brandy  |  
                                                4 lemon slices  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Simmer sugar, water, ginger and lemon juice for 15 minutes. 2. Stir in brandy. 3. Strain and divide between 4 mugs.                              |
