Dark chocolate and holiday spices - a great combination! The recipe comes from Stockmann's Exclusive magazine. Ingredients:
100 ml heavy cream |
100 ml sugar |
25 g butter |
200 g dark chocolate (high-quality) |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and cream in a saucepan and bring gently to boil. 2. Remove from heat and add butter and chocolate in small pieces; stir until butter and chocolate melt and the mixture is smooth. 3. Add spices, mix. 4. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill until the mixture is firm enough to handle. 5. Shape into balls with moistened hands. Roll in cocoa powder. 6. Store in the refrigerator. |
