A delicious low calorie breakfast that's filling and tastes like Christmas! Ingredients:
30 g oats |
0.12 cup milk |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 tsp ginger, ground |
1/4 tsp cloves, ground |
1/4 tsp cardamom |
1 cup water |
1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Mix water, salt and oats and put into the microwave for 2 minutes. 2. Mix in spices, then add milk. 3. Add sweetner or sugar as desired! |
