Gingerbread for breakfast? Why not! Serve with whipped cream cheese. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 finely chopped apples or 1 pear |
1/3 cup milk |
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup molasses |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place cupcake/muffins papers in muffin pan. 3. Mix dry ingredients. 4. Add chopped fruit. 5. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry. 6. Mix well. 7. Spoon into muffin papers until 2/3 full. 8. Bake for 20 minutes or so. |
