2 1/3 cups flour |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon allspice |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 large eggs |
3/4 cup molasses |
2/3 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together. Then add the remaining ingredients. Fill a mini-muffin pan about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. |
