This comes from the syrup maker Torani, a real winter warmer! And much cheaper than buying from the big chains... Ingredients:
1 ounce ginger syrup |
8 ounces milk |
1 1/2-3 fluid ounces espresso |
Directions:
1. Gently heat the syrup and milk in a small saucepan, whisking until frothy. 2. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. 3. You can also make this in a microwave. 4. Just heat the milk and syrup in a microwave and then whiz in a blender until frothy, about 30 seconds. 5. Pour into a tall glass and add espresso. |
