simple recipe invented by my five-year-old son, a new take on the classic apples and peanut butter snack
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon molasses
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Stir together and spread on apple slices. Try spreading this on toasted whole wheat bread, then topping it with banana slices.
