A slightly sweet very spicy ginger bread
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ginger
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup maple syrup
1/8 cup honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup skim milk
1 egg
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients(taste for spices, I usually end up doing a little more or less of each depending on how it tastes to me).
2. Add wet ingredients.
3. Pour into a 8 inch round cake pan.
4. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees (or until toothpick comes clean when put in middle).
