A Condiment with Pisazzz! People love it much more than horseradish. You get the bite without the coughing hot burn of horseradish.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of washed chunked unpeeled baby gingerroot (more pungent)
white vinegar, to cover
Directions:
1. toss into blender/food processor.
2. Cover with white vinegar.
3. Throw switch for 2/3 minutes (till you have achieved horseraddish consistency).
4. will last 1 year if stored in glass covered jar and topped off with white vinegar (in fridge).
5. Use with any meat,fish,poultry as condiment or marinade.
6. It's a digestive aid too.
7. Regular Gingeroot can be used.
8. Can color with 3 cranberries.
