Ginger Whip Cream for Pie |

So good on pumpkin pie or crepes. Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream (35% or better) |
3 tablespoons icing sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
3/4 teaspoon ginger powder |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar |
Directions:
1. Whip all ingeredients together in your stand mixer on high. 2. Stiff peaks appear at about 6 - 8 minutes. |
