This recipe goes with Sesame-Crusted Salmon with Ginger Vinaigrette Ingredients:
1 (1 1/2-inch-long) piece fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped |
1 garlic clove |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/8 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper |
1/4 cup peanut oil |
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Process ginger and garlic in a food processor until finely chopped, stopping to scrape down sides. Add vinegar and next 3 ingredients; process 30 seconds. With processor running, slowly pour oils through food chute. |
