Medicine balls, anti-inflammatory, for joints. Eat 3 - 4 daily. Ingredients:
1/4 cup flax seeds |
1/2 cup golden raisins |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1 tbs. fennel seeds |
1/4 c. molasses |
2 tbs. ground turmeric |
2 tbs. ground ginger |
1/2 cup chopped almonds |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate chips. 2. Mix everything together in order in food processor. Pulse carefully until well blended. 3. Roll into 36 balls then chill. |
