Zingy, but not spicy... A wonderful alternative to the more traditional truffle. From Grandma's cookbook. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) packet gingernut biscuits, crushed |
125 g cream cheese |
1/2 cup desiccated coconut |
1/2 cup icing sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 2. Refridgerate for an hour. 3. Roll into small balls and coat in melted white chocolate. |
