Similar to gingerbread, but with a more bread feel
Ingredients:
1 cup molasses
1 cup hot water
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Stir molasses and water together, then add the other ingredients.
2. drop by teaspoonfull on greased cookie sheet.
3. cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
