From my recipe files. Don't use ground ginger in this one. It is not the same! Ingredients:
1/2 lb firm tofu |
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced |
4 cups vegetable broth |
3 tablespoons green onions |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Saute ginger and onions in olive oil. 2. Add tofu and saute for a few more minutes. 3. Add vegetable broth and heat through before serving. |
