Ginger Tofu Soup

From my recipe files. Don't use ground ginger in this one. It is not the same!
Ingredients:
1/2 lb firm tofu
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
4 cups vegetable broth
3 tablespoons green onions
1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Saute ginger and onions in olive oil.
2. Add tofu and saute for a few more minutes.
3. Add vegetable broth and heat through before serving.
