Calming ginger tea made fresh from root. Ingredients:
1 1/4 teaspoons grated ginger root |
1 cup water |
1/8 cup soy milk |
Directions:
1. Boil water and heat up milk. Pour water in to ginger shaving (in a cup). Strain if desired (preferably strain half and keep the rest, pour the strained bit back in). Add sugar and warm milk to taste. |
