How can you tell that I love sweet potatoes, they are so scrumptious. Ingredients:
2 lbs yams or 2 lbs sweet potatoes, thin sliced |
1 1/4 cups fat free chicken broth |
3 teaspoons ginger, divided |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Lightly spray 9 baking dish. 3. Arrange potato slices in dish. 4. Combine broth and 1 1/2 tsp ginger in small bowl;pour over potatoes. 5. Bake 1 hr. 6. ,until tender. 7. In a small bowl combine remaining ginger,sugar and cinnamon;sprinkle over potatoes and bake 20-30 minutes till brown and glazed. |
