Ginger- Spiked Won Ton Soup

Chicken broth with ginger,veggies and stuffed dumplings simmered in it. Only 122 calories a serving.
Ingredients:
2 containers(32oz ea)chicken broth
1c shredded carrots
1 small red pepper,seeded and sliced
4 med. cloves garlic,peeled and sliced
1 piece fresh gingerroot,peeled
8 frozen pork ans cabbage dumplings(or whatever flavor you want)
1c spinach leaves
Directions:
1. In large sauce pot bring all ingredients except dumplings and spinach to a boil.Reduce heat to med-high and simmer 3 mins.
2. Using slotted spoon, remove garlic slices and gingerroot from the pot;discard. Add frozen stuffed dumplings to pot.Let simmer 5 mins or till cooked through.
3. Stir in spinach leaves. Season with salt and pepper if desired
