I use this recipe a lot it is easy to make and very moorish. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon garam masala |
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
12 large shelled green shrimp |
Directions:
1. Mix spice and oil. 2. stir in shrimp and marinate at least 1 hour. 3. Saute in non stick pan or grill on BBQ. 4. Serve with Lime wedges. |
